Airport Pickups: Accurate flight information is not available until after your flight has left its origin airport. Our driver will make every effort to check your arrival time with the flight information office. If waiting time is in excess of 40 minutes, waiting time is charged at £15 per hour, pro rata, payable direct to the driver, plus any car parking at cost.

Fixed price journeys must not deviate from the drivers chosen route, any deviation will result in the journey being charged accordingly.

With the exception of Airport pick-ups, any journey booked where the passenger is un-contactable 20 minutes after the booked time will result in a cancellation charge or if contact is made will be charged waiting time of £0.25 per minute for the period from the booked time.

Second To None Chauffeurs cannot be held responsible for any loss whether financial, professional, missed connection times, missed flights or missed trains, due to the Taxi not arriving at the pick-up address at the booked time.

Second To None Chauffeurs cannot be held responsible for any missed connections i.e. flights, trains, boats due to adverse weather, traffic conditions, road traffic accidents or road closures.

Second To None Chauffeurs assumes normal luggage as 1 medium sized suitcase and 1 piece of hand luggage per person, any luggage that the Taxi cannot accommodate is the responsibility of the passenger. Drivers are entitled to charge extra for additional luggage.

Any journey cancelled less than 1 hour prior to booked time will result in a minimum cancellation charge of £15.00 (If cancelled on arrival, the full quoted charge will incur).

Journeys booked from Airports, Train Stations, and Seaports. The responsibility is on the passenger to locate the Taxi and not the Taxi driver to locate the passenger, on booking any such journey we will give a definite pick-up point that the passenger must locate, any failure on the passenger's part to locate the Taxi will result in a full cancellation charge or the waiting time charged if the passenger is collected.

Any fouling of the Taxi by any passenger will result in a charge of a minimum of £40.00 dependant upon the severity of the fouling. (e.g. vomiting)

The driver has the right to refuse any passenger that he/she feels may be a threat to him/her or the vehicle.

Drivers from Second To None Chauffeurs will travel by the most convenient and expedient route (within reason) unless specifically instructed to the contrary by their client.

Second To None Chauffeurs accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to any luggage/property carried in their vehicles, irrespective of the manner in which the loss/damage is sustained.

Second To None Chauffeurs drivers are all self-employed and vehicles will be operated by them at all times.

Second To None Chauffeurs operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Second To None Chauffeurs adopts a non-smoking policy in each of their vehicles.

Instant bookings will only be accepted subject to availability.

Second To None Chauffeurs reserves the right to levy a surcharge on any public holidays, days of exceptional road conditions and on tube or strike days.

Second To None Chauffeurs will make an appropriate additional charge for excessive parking and entrance fees unless a fully inclusive charge has been quoted beforehand.

Second To None Chauffeurs will accept all major credit cards.

Second To None Chauffeurs will levy a surcharge of 10% (or £6.00 whichever is greater) for bookings made by credit cards plus 17.5% V.A.T.

Any diversion, additional setdowns or pickups by passengers will incur a minimum charge of £5.00 per diversion.
